Same day dispatch & same day delivery terms and condition:

1. Try to place order as early as you can in the morning before 12:00PM. Your order will be guaranteed to be dispatched on the same day.

2. For the orders we received between 12:00PM-2:00PM, we guaranteed that your phone parts order (Phone parts included: LCD screens, digitizer glasses, batteries, small flex cables) will be dispatched on the same day. All other accessories will depend on the volume of the orders we received on the day. We will try our best to dispatch everything. To avoid delay, you are welcome to make separate order if you really need the phone parts urgently and try to place the order as early as you can. Please do not always do it at the last minute.

3. For the order we received after 2:00PM. Our apologize for not dispatch them on same day. But we still accept pick up orders. The warehouse will be closed at 5:00PM, please make sure that you come to pick up your order before 5:00PM (Monday – Friday). Please do not choose Pick up at check out if you are not really coming to our warehouse.

4. Same day delivery service will not be available after 1:00pm at any business working days. We will dispatch your same day service order by the next business day if we received your order after 1:00pm. We accept Sydney metro, Newcastle, Blue mountain, Wollongong same day delivery service. (Please note: Make sure to place order before 10:30AM if your shipping address is: Newcastle, Blue mountain, Wollongong), otherwise it will be send out by the next business day.

5, Startrack Premium & Toll Priority service cut off time is 12:00pm ( Mon-Fri business days). For any of the orders after 12:00pm, we will dispatch your order by the next business day.

Free shipping policy terms and condition:

For our valued customers, we offer free shipping policy when your purchase reached the certain dollar amount. But for the heavy items and some of the accessories, we can not cover the postage for you. Our price of accessories is guaranteed the lowest price. The free shipping policy will be applied to all the repair parts, batteries, flex cables. For all the other accessories and products, due to the heavy weight and cubic problem, you may be asked to pay for the extra postage fee charged.
