PRICES AND VARIATION OF PRICES

1. All prices shall be as quoted or in accordance with the Supplier’s price list current at the time of order, whichever shall be the higher. Such price lists are subject to the conditions (if any) stated thereon. Verbal quotations are subject to written confirmation. Prices quoted are exclusive of any taxes, imposts, charges and duties applicable or relating to the sale of the Goods. All taxes, imposts, and duties applicable relating to the sale of the Goods (including where applicable) will be for the account of the Customer.

2. The Customer shall be required to pay to the Supplier any further amounts that may become payable by the Supplier as a result of any increases in the taxes, imposts, charges and duties applicable or relating to the sale of the Goods.

3. Prices may be varied by the Supplier from time to time and without notice to the Customer.
